Genuine Fujitsu 9318840025 Indoor Louvre Casing / Frame Assembly (Grey Plastic) is the louvre casing and frame assembly in the indoor unit, holding the louvres at the air outlet. A cracked or broken frame leaves the louvres loose, so they stop directing the air properly. The genuine part is the one Fujitsu built this indoor unit around, so it goes back in as the original did.
