Why a failing sensor matters
Almost every sensor here is a thermistor, a small sensor that reports temperature to the control board. When one fails or reads wrong, the unit can throw an error code, shut down, or cool and heat poorly. A genuine replacement gives the board true readings, so your system runs as designed.
The right sensor for your unit
Fujitsu air conditioner sensors sit right through the system, and each has its own job. You'll find the Fujitsu room thermistor and the Fujitsu pipe thermistor for indoor and outdoor coils. The Fujitsu discharge thermistor tracks gas leaving the compressor. Outdoor air, heatsink and compressor thermistors and sensor sets are here too. You'll also find the Fujitsu wireless wall sensor, a pyroelectric board that detects movement, and an indoor relay switch. Plugs, leads and readings vary by model. That's why the part has to match yours, and why we check it for you.
Genuine, from an authorised distributor
We're an authorised Fujitsu spare parts distributor, and we order every part from GENERAL Australia. Each one is genuine Fujitsu, carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty and ships express Australia-wide.
Technicians: the exact sensor confirmed, express delivery and one trip to clear the fault. ARC licence holders get 10% off spare parts.
Homeowners: a genuine part, checked against your model, and a system that holds the temperature you set. Sensors and switches are wired in, so a licensed, qualified person must fit them. That's also a condition of your 12-month warranty.
