Genuine Fujitsu 9358538029 Indoor Upper Louvre is a louvre on the indoor unit, directing the air leaving the unit. A broken or missing louvre sends the air the wrong way. The genuine part is the one Fujitsu built this indoor unit around, so it goes back in as the original did.
