Genuine Fujitsu 9362799003 Indoor Louvre Support Holder is a louvre support in the indoor unit, holding the louvre in place at the outlet. A broken support leaves the louvre sagging, rattling or unable to swing. A genuine Fujitsu part is made to the same design as the original, so it goes back in the way the indoor unit was built.
