Genuine Fujitsu 9380682103 Evaporator Coil Total Assembly is the evaporator coil in the unit, where refrigerant takes in or gives up heat as room air passes over it. A damaged or leaking coil cannot move heat, so the room is not heated or cooled and refrigerant can be lost. The genuine part is the one Fujitsu built this unit around, so it goes back in as the original did.
