Genuine Fujitsu 9900294014 Indoor Relay/Switch is the relay in the indoor unit, switching power to a part on the control board's command. A relay that sticks or burns out leaves that part stuck on or off, and the system stops working as it should. The genuine part is the one Fujitsu built this indoor unit around, so it goes back in as the original did.
